Break dancing?

So forgive me since this video is a little old.  It's from early April, so not the most up-to-date.  However, I still wanted to post it.  I don't know if you'd call this dancing, or break dancing, or just general toddler craziness.

The Smoller crazy hair

It's time for some Smoller children comparisons, i.e. Mom finally hooked up the external hard drive where she saved all of Brady's baby pictures so now she can post both Brady and Brenna's baby pictures on this blog.

Here's Brady with some crazy, spiky hair in February 2009 at 3 months of age.
And here is Brenna with some crazy, spiky hair at 3 months of age.
Brady's hair did a much better job of staying in a mohawk, whereas Brenna's just stands up.

Why?

The cars all lined up at the top of the stairs.  Why must he line them up at the top of the stairs we walk up and down countless times?

Girl meets bath

For a girl who refused to eat for awhile, Brenna sure has made some progress.  She is eating a ton these days and has the cute, chubby cheeks to show for it.

And she is a girl who loves her bath.  I don't think I can take any pictures that give justice to how happy she can be, but I keep trying.  I snapped these the other night while bathing our baby girl.  She enjoys hanging out in the water with her bubbles and relaxing.  Who can blame her for that?!

Musical Inclinations

The B-man kinda likes music.  As in, he kinda sings along to the radio.  He kinda sings along at church.  He kinda dances around like a crazy man.  And most recently, he kinda plays on his instrument table.
Maybe we have a future Mozart on our hands.  Or a Justin Timberlake.

Play time

Saturday morning I laid Brenna down on the carpet in her room to play around for a bit and Brady just had to join in.  He can't dare to let his sister get more attention than him!

Slam Jam

So we're not quite ready for Little Cat Slam Jam, but we can at least grasp the concept of putting the ball through the hoop.  And then shouting "Yeah" to mark our accomplishment.
Had I not been sitting at the end of the couch, his cheer and jump would have been followed by a somersault.  But he can't do that with Mom sitting on the couch!
